5. The Agreement

An agreement is concluded when the consumer accepts the offer and complies with the corresponding terms and conditions. We will immediately confirm receipt of the acceptance electronically.

6. Right of Withdrawal

7. Obligations of the Consumer during the Withdrawal Period

During the withdrawal period, consumers are expected to handle the product and packaging with care. If the consumer wishes to exercise their right of withdrawal, they must return the product in its original condition.

12. Duration Transactions

Contracts entered into for an indefinite period can be canceled at any time with a one-month notice period.
